Decide what counts as a touchpoint (web, app, campaigns, calls, NPS surveys, support tickets) and which actions from each channel are included. Core only offers the channels that exist in your data, and you can set the customer's origin as the first step. See Customer journey →
Before applying the configuration, the simulator shows you on a sample of your data what the journeys will look like, with a traffic light that warns you if something is off.
Add FLYDE as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT: sign in with your FLYDE user, authorize, and the assistant works with your data and your permissions. Query audiences, campaigns, sales, profiles and journeys, and create audiences and reports.
The account admin decides what each person can do from their assistant; by default nobody has anything granted. Each user sees their connected assistants in their profile and can disconnect them at any time.
